Autoshine is responsible for the personal information handled through this service. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct or delete your information, contact info@autoshine.ai.

Information used to provide the service

Account details, including your name, email and sign-in records, provide access to the application. Vehicle photos, labels and prepared images are used to provide image preparation and downloads. Contact forms collect the details you submit, such as your dealership, listing link, requirements and appointment preferences, so Autoshine can respond.

Billing records support purchases and account administration. Payment details are handled through the payment provider. Technical records, such as request times, IP addresses and errors, help operate the service, prevent abuse and investigate problems.

Upload only photos you have permission to use. Avoid including people, personal documents, addresses or other unnecessary personal information in vehicle photos.

How information is used

Information is used to deliver and support the requested service, respond to enquiries, administer accounts and purchases, and protect the service against misuse. Autoshine does not use customer uploads to train models or as public examples without separate permission.

A service enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any permission for optional marketing is separate and can be withdrawn by contacting Autoshine.

Providers and international processing

Autoshine uses providers for application hosting, authentication, database storage, image storage, image processing, payments, email and internal service coordination. The service providers page explains their roles. The providers used for a photo depend on the selected workflow.

Autoshine is operated from India, including support access. Information may be processed in India, the United States and other countries used by providers. The hosted service does not promise storage exclusively in Canada, the US or any other country. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.

Retention and deletion

Account and project data are retained to provide the service and access to your work. Enquiry details are retained to respond and follow up. Billing, security and dispute records may need to be retained for the relevant business or legal purpose.

You can request deletion of your photos, projects or account by contacting info@autoshine.ai. Identify the account and relevant project without sending a password. Autoshine will confirm the scope and explain any information that must be retained. Removing a project in the application should not be treated as confirmation that every stored copy has been erased.

The current service does not provide a universal automatic 30-day deletion guarantee. Backups and provider-held records may persist after removal from active storage; an immediate erase of every copy is not promised. Contact Autoshine before uploading if your business requires a specific retention or deletion schedule.

Your choices

Contact info@autoshine.ai to request access, correction or deletion, withdraw optional permission, or raise a concern about data handling. Autoshine may verify your identity before acting. Your available rights depend on applicable law.
