The providers involved depend on the workflow you use. A provider’s role below does not mean it receives every type of customer data.

| Neon | Provides database and authentication services. Handles account, sign-in and application records. |

| Hugging Face Inference Endpoints, hosted on AWS | Processes images submitted through hosted Image Studio workflows. |
| Google AI services | Processes images and related instructions in workflows using Google image processing or validation. |
| Razorpay | Handles payment and subscription transactions when you select a paid service using its checkout. |
Processing locations
Provider infrastructure and support may involve multiple countries. Autoshine support is operated from India. The hosted service does not offer a general Canada-only or US-only data-residency commitment.
Database and hosted Image Studio endpoint configuration identifies US infrastructure; the existing image-storage configuration uses an Asia-Pacific location setting. These configuration details are not a guarantee that every provider operation or backup remains within one region.
