Using the service
Autoshine provides vehicle image preparation services from India. These terms apply to use of the website and application alongside any agreed order or service agreement. Contact info@autoshine.ai with questions before using the service.
You must be authorized to act for the dealership or business whose photos and information you submit. Keep account credentials private and notify Autoshine if you suspect unauthorized access.
Photos and permissions
You retain your rights in the photos you upload. You grant Autoshine permission to store, process and transmit those photos to the providers needed to deliver your requested service. Autoshine does not claim ownership of your vehicle photographs. Prepared images may be used for your business listings, subject to your rights in the source material and applicable law.
Only upload material you are entitled to use. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or unrelated content, interfere with the service, share credentials, or evade usage limits. Training and public demonstration use require separate permission.
Review before publishing
Image processing can introduce errors or change visible details. Check the result against the original, including paint, trim, wheels, glass, accessories and visible condition. You are responsible for choosing images that accurately represent the vehicle and for your final listing.
Autoshine prepares images; your team publishes them using its existing tools. No particular sales outcome, cost saving or turnaround is guaranteed.
Samples, trials and paid services
Sample and trial allowances are those shown for the offer you select. Limits may apply by account, vehicle or image. Free access may be capacity-limited or paused. A free sample or trial does not itself authorize a charge.
Paid scope, price, billing period and any agreed service levels are shown at purchase or agreed in writing. Review subscription renewal and cancellation details before confirming a paid plan. Existing agreements and entitlements continue to apply; these pages do not change an agreed price or allowance.
Availability and stored work
Processing may be delayed or fail. Download and keep copies of images your business needs. Do not rely on Autoshine as your only archive. The privacy notice explains retention and deletion requests.
Access may be restricted to address misuse, security issues or non-payment under an agreed service. No uninterrupted availability or fixed response time is promised unless agreed in writing.
Questions and disputes
Contact info@autoshine.ai about errors, billing, cancellation or a dispute so the issue can be reviewed. Refunds and other remedies depend on the agreed service, the circumstances and applicable law. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Updated terms will show a revised date. Additional notice or agreement will be sought where required; updates do not retroactively change an agreed order.
