Account access
The application uses account authentication and organization checks on customer project APIs. Administrative tools are restricted to administrator accounts. Treat download and sharing links as confidential: depending on the workflow, someone with a valid link may be able to view the file without signing in.
Hosting and support
Hosting, authentication, storage, processing and payments use the providers listed on the service providers page. Support is operated from India. Access to information may be needed to fulfil your request or investigate a problem.
Use vehicle photographs without unnecessary personal information. Discuss confidential material, regional hosting or contractual security requirements before uploading.
Deletion and retention
For deletion requests, contact info@autoshine.ai with the account and project reference. The privacy notice explains the current retention approach and the limits of active-storage deletion. The service does not promise immediate deletion from every provider or backup.
Report a concern
Report suspected unauthorized access or exposure to info@autoshine.ai. Include the affected reference, approximate time and a description. Do not send credentials. Autoshine will investigate and communicate as required by applicable obligations.
Procurement requirements
If you require a data-processing agreement, security questionnaire, specific storage region or service level, contact info@autoshine.ai before purchase. Any commitments must be agreed for your service. This page does not claim SOC 2 certification, GDPR certification or an independent security audit.
